WORKSHOPS FOR Young Adults
Supporting young adults through their journey to making informed decisions about how best to utilize their talents, gifts, and skills while choosing the best career path to being the best version of themselves.

Workshops for Young Adults
young adults Ages 18-25
Our workshops for young adults are designed to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. We begin each session by clearly identifying the goals and objectives.
We understand how challenging personal and professional development can be at this stage in one’s life, especially without the right navigation system.
Through interactive and hands-on experiences, we create opportunities for career exploration and personal development. Our facilitators are industry professionals who provide real-world insight and advice while connecting Young adults to businesses and organizations for work, volunteer, internship, and mentoring opportunities.
While each workshop is unique, we hope the participants will leave with a better understanding of how to apply the strategies, techniques, and practices discussed in each session to improve their personal and professional development through everyday interactions.
- If you want your young-adult(s) to: build their resume writing, interview, networking, financial literacy, personal branding, entrepreneurship, time management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- If you are a young adult and want some support on building your confidence in the decisions unique to your program and life choices post-secondary and post-graduate.
- Please note: the length of time and delivery mode will be determined after a discovery call. (Choices include 45/60 or 90-minute sessions. Single/weekly or monthly sessions. In-person/hybrid or online sessions. We strongly recommend the in-person option for optimal learning, engagement, and networking.)

The RRCM Model
W1derus’s Model was designed to assist individuals of all ages and stages of life in making lasting improvements in their personal and professional lives. At its core, the RRCM Model promotes mental clarity, emotional resilience, and intentional growth—all of which are essential to overall well-being and mental health.
It follows four transformative stages:
Remember
Individuals are prompted to recall meaningful experiences, memories, or beliefs that have shaped their current behaviours and patterns. This stage lays the groundwork for self-awareness, which is the first step in healing and personal development.
REflect
Participants are guided to explore the meaning and impact of what they remembered. Reflection helps deepen understanding, uncover emotional blocks, and identify how past experiences influence current mental and emotional states.
Change
Using insights gained from reflection, individuals are supported in making intentional changes. This phase promotes emotional regulation, healthier decision-making, and the building of empowering new habits—all crucial for improving mental well-being.
Maintain
Participants are encouraged to sustain these changes through consistent practice and support. This helps reinforce resilience, self-efficacy, and long-term mental wellness.

WHy it matters?
The RRCM Model directly supports holistic well-being by addressing root causes of stress, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and negative thought patterns. By integrating this model, individuals and organizations can foster environments where mental health is prioritized, personal agency is strengthened, and people are empowered to thrive, not just survive.
