At W1derus we understand how important literacy, executive functions, and self-regulation skills are to learning. That’s why we created a coaching and tutoring service for EVERYONE! Our blended coaching and tutoring curriculum allows for a better approach to learning.
Using interactive learning, real-world application, and a range of models: 1:1 ratio (1 teacher: 1 learner) 1:3 ratio, or 1:5 ratio we’ve created a program plan based on the overall Ontario Curriculum goals, which will be individualized after an assessment has been completed.
While each session is unique to the individual and groups, we hope participants develop stronger reading and writing skills; a better understanding of S.T.E.A.M; and a better understanding of why our executive function and self-regulation skills are constantly being developed, and without them, we are not as strong as we need to be.

- Please note: the length of time and delivery mode will be determined after a discovery call. (Choices include 45/60 or 90-minute sessions. Single/weekly or monthly sessions. In-person/hybrid or online sessions. We strongly recommend the in-person option for optimal learning, engagement, and networking. Also, determine if it’s for individual, family or group coaching.)

W1derus utilizes the Remember, Reflect, Change, and Maintain (RRCM) approach developed by Founder and Director, Nicole Cummings-Morgan.
purpose of rrcm
This consulting method is aimed at assisting individuals in making lasting improvements in their lives. It involves prompting participants to recall something (Remember), guiding them through reflection (Reflect), facilitating change based on this newfound understanding (Change), and encouraging the maintenance of these changes for sustainable personal and professional growth (Maintain).
Implementation of RRCM
Participants are encouraged to recall past experiences (Remember) and reflect on them (Reflect). This reflection helps in initiating changes in behavior or approach (Change) based on the insights gained. Finally, the emphasis is on maintaining these changes over time to ensure continual personal and professional growth (Maintain).
